A few photos from July 8 at Lillian Smith Center
Didn't have time to post last night but here are a few photos taken yesterday. I spent most of the day with the tapestry and will photograph it later today as I get ready to load it in the car. Yes, this is my last day here--seems too short and I'm ready to return, even though I haven't even left yet!

It's a time of mixed emotions, I'm sure. But, you've got such a great memory book of pictures (future tapestries?) and drawings to reflect upon.

it's been a wonderful retreat, i hope you've managed to do everything you wanted to, but i'm sure it will be nice to be home again...k.
WOW, seems like we just got there. I have been enjoying your respite vicariously.....it has been too short.
I'll miss the daily updates on the red door! It will be a tapestry, won't it? Or several?
