More from Nebraska
Panel is over and done... good job by all! I'm glad it's finished up, however!!
Last night Pat & I went to the American Tapestry Alliance Biennial 8 reception. Here's Susan Iverson with her tapestry in the center of the background...
Pat Williams (on the left with her tapestry at the bottom) and Jan Austin (on right with her tapestry on the right just above Pat's)...
Pat... with Marci McDade, editor of Fiberarts magazine just to her right taking photo of assorted folks at the opening.

thanks for inviting us to be part of the audience, beautiful tapestries there. k.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kaite... and even more wonderful tapestries were on display!
ReplyDeleteIf you haven't ordered the catalog of the exhibit, it's available through the ATA website. Nothing is like seeing the pieces in person, though!
Thanks for posting Tommye! I'd love to see more photos of the ATB8 show as I won't get to Nebraska myself. I hope the symposium was wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI used to live in Nebraska and always enjoyed all the displays at the museums and galleries in Omaha, Lincoln and Grand Island. Pioneer Village is pretty cool too.
