We don't usually get to see this part of a tapestry, just the finished piece. That's why I love our tapestry blog community so much... you, Kathy, Marilyn, & Debbie tend to post lots of photos of tapestries in progress. I think it is a good learning experience to see how different weavers work. <BR/><BR/>I feel the design process is the "hidden" part of a tapestry, the time when ideas are tossed around, changed, discarded, or kept, the time when a tapestry really is starting to come to life, before the first warp is tied on, before the first weft is woven.
